If you are not fully satisfied with your Daniel Rainn purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund or exchange.

• All merchandise must be unworn, with price tags intact.
• Returns must be shipped within 30 days.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days from receiving the merchandise; you will receive confirmation once credit is processed.
• Exchanges must be for the same item or an item of equal amount. (Will waive return shipping fee for US orders)
• Email customerservice@danielrainn.com to contact a customer service representative, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
• All items marked final sale cannot be exchanged and returned.

USA Returns

A prepaid return label is included in your package. No postage is required; however, a $7 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. (unless exchanging the product, then the return shipping charge is waived)

If you prefer to use your own shipping method please reference the return information in the prepaid return label. Please include the Invoice or a note with the original purchase order# for a faster refund.
