Returns and Exchanges
- All merchandise must be unworn, with price tags intact.
- Returns must be shipped within 30 days.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days from receiving the merchandise; you will receive confirmation once credit is processed.
- Exchanges must be for the same item or an item of equal amount. (Will waive $7 return shipping fee)
- Email email@example.com to contact a customer service representative, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
- All items marked final sale cannot be exchanged and returned.
- A prepaid return label is included in your package. No postage is required; however, a $7 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. (unless exchanging the product, then the return shipping charge is waived)
- If you prefer to use your own shipping method please reference the return information in the prepaid return label. Please include the Invoice or a note with the original purchase order# for a faster refund.
